Yesterday was our first Hilliard Farmers Market of the season, and what a weird one it was! When I left our house, it was oppressively hot and sunny. By the time I got to Hilliard, it was overcast and windy. Then all of a sudden, a storm blew in...tons of rain in a very short amount of time. Then right back to hot and sunny! Gotta love Mother Nature! :)
Despite the weather, we had a pretty good turn out, although I'd love to see more people there in the future. Come on out and support your local farms and businesses...and us! :) Here a few photos of our booth, just so you know what you missed!
So stop in and see us next Tuesday, from 4pm to 7pm! And have a great week!

How did you keep your cupcakes from melting at the farmer's market? I wanted to sell my cupcakes at my local farmer's market (Alabama), but I just know the frosting wouldn't survive the heat. Did you use high-ratio shortening?
